Somatic Experiencing Finland ry is a registered association founded in 2021 to represent the Somatic Experiencing Practitioners and students, and to raise awareness of SE in Finland.
Somatic Experiencing Deutschland e.V.
Somatic Experiencing Deutschland e.V. is a registered association. It was founded in 2003 by the initiative of approximately 50 SE Practitioners (SEPs) and SE Trainees.The intention of the Association is: assurance of qualification and ongoing training of certified SEPs in Germany; support of patient-centered care of traumatised people by means of health education; facilitation of scientific research for the treatment of trauma; and support of the worldwide professional exchange of people involved in the renegotiation of trauma. The Association sees itself as a contact resource for people looking for help, as well as representing the political interests of the German SEPs.

AESE – Asociacion Espanola Somatic experiencing®
A.E.S.E. (The Spanish Association for SE®) is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 by the members of the first training cohort for Somatic Experiencing (SE®) professionals in Spain. The aims of the Spanish Association are to: facilitate and support the growth of the SE® professional community in Spain, represent said professionals in Spanish Society, offer Continuous Training Programs and maintain a relationship of cooperation with the Training Organisers so that the current Trainees can join this community of professionals once they have finished their S.E.P. (SE® Practitioner) training. A.E.S.E. offers a register of S.E.P. professionals, organizes continuous training workshops and publishes news and articles of interest related to Somatic Experiencing (SE®). At the same time the Association serves as a link between the members and E.A.S.E. (The European Association for Somatic Experiencing) and F.H.E. (The Foundation for Human Enrichment).
Somatic Experiencing® Föreningen Sverige Sweden
The SE® Association in Sweden was established in January 2013. Members are required to be certified SEPs or SE® Trainees enrolled in an SE® Training who have completed a minimum training level of Intermediate 2. The purpose of the Association is:
- to promote knowledge and awareness of SE® in Sweden;
- to promote quality control of SEPs in Sweden through cooperation with the SE Training Organizers;
- to create a membership listing
- to offer a members forum for meeting, collaborating, informing and offer workshops
Somatic Experiencing Verband Schweiz
SE® Association Switzerland (SE® Schweiz) was conceived at the end of the first SE® Training in Switzerland in 2001/02.Through the mutual inspiration of Thomas Holstein and Urs Honauer (SE® Organizer Switzerland), and a small group of dedicated new SE® Practitioners, SE® Schweiz has grown from a small interest group into an Association of around 150 members. Among other projects, SE® Schweiz produces an SE® Flyer in German, French, Italian and English, as well asOfficial Swiss SE® design A and B Postage Stamps, the proceeds of which go to an SE® Scholarship Fund for those who have received Asylum in Switzerland.
SEA UK Somatic Experiencing Association UK
Formed in 2009 the Somatic Experiencing Association in the UK (SEA UK) is the professional, impartial focal point for SE® in the UK. We are a voluntary organisation that aims to: Raise awareness of Somatic Experiencing (SE®) among therapy professionals and the public in the UK Maintain a Directory of UK based SE® Practitioners (SEPs) Be the main information source for those interested in SE® Trauma therapy in Britain Continue to grow and maintain the membership and Directory listings.
