The purpose of this platform is to foster exchange among assistants from as many different countries as possible, as each country works with different teachers, structures, and guidelines. Together, we want to explore what we need as assistants, identify areas for improvement, and share ideas, needs and perspectives.
We meet once a month on the third Monday of each month from 8:00 p.m. (CET) - 9:00 p.m. via Zoom, and if you are an assistant (Junior/ Approved/ Senior 1 or 2) we warmly invite you to join us.
Within the platform, we develop proposals and discussion-points that are presented annually at the EASE General Assembly, where they are discussed and voted on. This allows us to actively contribute to improving the assistant role.
