The approach of ZIST is based on Humanistic Psychology. Since its foundation in 1973, ZIST has been an independent, interdenominational institute offering its own unique programs. The founder of ZIST, Dr. Wolf Büntig (✝︎ 2021) was the first one who brought SE Trainings to Germany.
